Refund Policy

Sleeping Samurai takes no responsibility for the way items are used, once they have been sold. Sleeping Samurai and all of its associates cannot be held responsible if the abuse/misuse of an item leads to its malfunction. Sleeping Samurai will not refund nor replace any item if it shows obvious abuse or misuse. Sleeping Samurai will refund or replace any item that has been used properly but failed in its construction, while being used for its intended purpose. Please note that the refund or replacement of an item is solely at the discretion of Sleeping Samurai and its associates. This policy applies only within the first thirty day of purchase.
